25 tips that will change your life in the kitchen

The other day I saw a post on Buzzfeed about several tips for those who live having fun in the kitchen. It’s another one of those huge lists, but I found most of them very useful – if not quite funny – and decided to make a translated version here for the blog. In this list are not all the items on the original site, because some do not make much sense to us here in Brazil … But I tried to make it the most valid way for everyone to enjoy. Hold this little oven and tell me what you found there in the comments!

8 – If your brown sugar is hard and lumpy, put it in the microwave in a glass jar covered with a damp paper towel for 20 seconds. Another tip is to bake for 5 minutes at 150˚C.

10 – Make your own brown sugar! (Obviously it will not be the healthiest and least refined, but it is good for recipes that ask for an extra color, like a blondie). This recipe was made with 1 cup of refined sugar and 2 tablespoons of cane molasses. Just process.
