Hot weather and Beach wonderful are elements that definitely define Miami. THE climate in the city is super nice for tours, and so you can visit several places. You can also do some shopping. I even told you which stores I liked the most there.
As I was traveling alone, I took the opportunity to explore the city and visit several different restaurants. And of course I would not fail to list the places that I ate and enjoyed in Miami to share with you.
On one of the nights I spent MiamiI had dinner alone at Icebox Coffee and ate so much that I could feed two Danis? The place is cute, but what caught my attention was the amount of dishes vegetarians and vegans of the menu. As much as it is not a restaurant dedicated to this type of food, the division between dishes with and without meat is well balanced. This is very rare and I value it too much when I find such a place!
This is a good restaurant option for any time of day, since they work from breakfast to dinner. And there are also many options for drinks and sweets. At the beginning, I ate a Humus that was divine! My advice for those who don’t usually eat a lot is that this dish is very well served, so much so that I almost couldn’t eat the main dish, which was a bowl of salad. That vegan bowl it was tasty, but I liked the hummus more.
During the tour Miami Arts District, I ended up meeting two friends of mine and decided to find out Wynwood together! We had lunch at Dr. Smood, a restaurant with an incredible proposal.
They seek to produce and serve only food super healthy and unprocessed. I ate one toast spicy hummus, avocado and cucumber, it was delicious! In addition, the Dr. Smood has an industrial style decor that makes the place even more attractive and cool.
I discovered the Salted Donuts thanks to my dear followers, so here I leave a thanks! As the restaurant is also in Wynwood, the girls and I decided to visit the place to taste the famous donuts. It was really difficult to choose, since the fillings seem to be one better than the other and make you want to taste all!
I ended up asking two donuts of different types: one filled with a lot of chocolate and the other without filling. I confess that I liked the first one the most, soft and it’s a perfect mix of chocolate with hazelnut caramelized. The second is called Brown Butter + Salt and even the dough is different, a kind of salty biscuit with a layer of butter hazelnut. As it was very hot, I chose a cold coffee to follow and it was a sensational combination ?
