3 São Paulo fairs to know now

There is no point in denying: mining antiques, exclusive pieces and collector’s items at a good price is always great – especially if you are strolling through a nice place in the city. The outdoor fairs are the best places to find different objects, clothes and accessories and still allow a very pleasant walk.

In São Paulo, there are thousands of fairs for you to finish and tour in the best possible way 😉 Even though I have lived here for a long time, I am still surprised by the pieces I find in these places and that’s why I decided to share with you three incredible São Paulo fairs!

BIXIGA

Do you love vintage clothes and want a more pleasant walk than a simple visit to a thrift store? The Bixiga fair is the place! No matter the time of year, every Sunday from 8 am to 6 pm, Don Orione square hosts an incredible antiques fair. There you can find a little bit of everything: from vintage glasses to vinyl records. There’s no way not to fall in love <3
After walking all over the square, how about lunch in an Italian canteen? Bixiga is one of the most traditional Italian neighborhoods in São Paulo and there is no lack of good food!

MASP

How about spending Sunday in one of the city’s postcards? Take advantage that Avenida Paulista is open to pedestrians and cyclists on Sundays and discover the traditional MASP fair. In addition to visiting the museum (which is open from 10 am to 6 pm), you can stroll through the famous MASP gap and be enchanted with decorative objects and many incredible accessories at the fair that starts at 10 am and ends at 5 pm.

BENEDITO CALIXTO

Pinheiros is one of the most delicious neighborhoods to enjoy on weekends. In addition to the delicious restaurants, the fair at Praça Benedito Calixto is one of the highlights. It takes place on Saturdays, from 8 am to 7 pm, and gathers articles for all tastes. There you will find beautiful furniture, decorative items and vintage crockery.
On the outskirts of the square, you can still visit other stores of décor and fashion. Some amazing galleries there may surprise you, see?

Even though I know that there are hundreds of other wonderful fairs in the city, such as Liberdade and República, these three won my heart not only for the items I find there, but also for the location? And you, do you already have your favorite?
