I don’t know about you, but I love adding simple desserts with different presentations! Speaking of easy recipes, it’s impossible not to remember the classic gelatin, right? The preparation of this wonder is so simple that you can use that extra time to make an incredible decoration and delight everyone with the presentation of dessert 😉
MIX OF FLAVORS AND TEXTURES
A good way to decorate the candy and surprise is to bet on the mixture of flavors and textures. The recipe above, for example, takes a vanilla cream in the middle and whole raspberries. Didn’t these details take the dessert completely from the obvious?
How about presenting the candy in a cup or a bowl? Take advantage of the gelatin consistency to make diagonal layers! Just place the first layer of gelatin in the glass, place it tilted in the freezer, wait for it to set and add the remaining layers 😉
TIP: muffin and cupcake molds can serve as support for your cups!
Incredibly, cupcake molds can be really good allies in decorating jellies. In addition to using them in the previous tip, they also serve as a base to support the halves of the lemon and orange cones stuffed with gelatin.
Once the dessert is firm, just cut to the shape you want!
I’ve already taught you how to make this very simple terrine recipe. Just choose your favorite fruits, a beautiful shape and finish with gelatin. In this recipe, I used a vegan ingredient, Agar-Agar, but feel free to use the gelatin you prefer – to learn how to make the substitution, just click here!
Do you want sophistication? Nothing better than serving the gelatine cut in small squares in a beautiful bowl! The preparation is so simple and the effect is so cool that it is worth trying.
Isn’t it very simple to spice up this traditional dessert? Enjoy the weekend to try one of these presentations 😉
