There is always someone who does not get into the Christmas atmosphere in advance, but when it gets close to the date does not give up decorating the house. Are you going to say that you never, in one year, left the decoration for the last minute? I’ve done this a few times, after all, the end of the year is always that crazy rush.
Now, if this is your case, no panic! This year I decided to help anyone who wants to create a super-charming last-minute decoration with few elements 😉 There are 5 simple ideas that can inspire you to leave the house with the Christmas face!
You probably don’t have mini pines at home, but at this time of year you can even find them in supermarkets – I swear! Putting some of them scattered on the table or on a sideboard already brings all the Christmas atmosphere home.
You can just use a fabric to cover a simpler cachepot, as well as paint a hole with gold spray paint. The effect is beautiful and I guarantee you don’t even need to set up that huge Christmas tree 😉
ENJOY THE WINDOWS
Some simple Christmas balls and ribbons create a beautiful effect on your window, see? Just tie one end of the ribbon to the curtain holder and hang a metallic ball or the ornament of your choice on the other.
Cut ribbons of different sizes to make the decoration look cool.
How about making an arrangement in the center of the table with some of your favorite ornaments? You can find ready-made pieces at decoration stores, but you can also use what you already have at home. A long wooden board, candles, pine cones and balls are more than enough.
For those who enjoy taller arrangements, how about using a ball as a support?
On side tables and other rooms in the house, use glass vases to put flashes and ornaments very typical of that time!
CHAIRS WITH TIES
Since we talk about centerpieces, a good tip is to bet on a bow on the chairs! A beautiful fabric is enough for the effect to look amazing <3
Of course, you can also enhance the decor with mini garlands, polka dots, pine cones and even foliage. Everything will depend on what you have at home and the time available to set up the decoration.
Last but not least, we have the “rain of stars”. You just need to print or draw on a thicker paper a star that will serve as a template and use colored and / or gold papers to make various ornaments.
Then, just glue the stars on a ribbon or string and hang them on a wall or on the ceiling itself. The effect looks beautiful and also serves as a great decoration for New Year’s Eve 😉
So, which of these ideas did you like the most? Even those who have already decorated the whole house can use the decorations left over to complete!
