Back to balance

If you have been following this column here on the site in the last few days, you will notice that I haven’t been writing for a long time. In fact, I haven’t updated this column for over a year.
Wow, how time passes fast when you don’t think about losing weight kkkkk.
Last year was one of the busiest years of my life and it certainly wasn’t a year that I managed to go to the gym a lot. I enrolled! Yes, this has happened several times in my life and I imagine yours as well. And I think the problem was never that. Enrolling in a gym is the easiest thing in the world, now go every day and make a point there, that’s another story.
I also bought a rowing machine here at home, which I even used a few times, but that was not my forte either.
To top it off, I also bought a state-of-the-art scale that measures everything you need and also what you don’t need, but honestly I must have used it 2 or 3 times and look there.
Well, as you can see, my focus last year was not to focus on the healthiest things in life.
But I intend to start the year all over again. No, I haven’t stepped on the gym yet. I’ve done a few days of rowing, but the most important: my thinking is focused and I hope to continue this process and this column.
And I want you to come with me and also share your frustrations and your victories. And together, who knows, we may not have reached our goal.
And vamu that vamu! Who is starting a healthier life this year too?
