Super Berries (German: super berries) are rich in important nutrients, vitamins and antioxidants. blueberries

Blackberries

The blackberry is one of the berries rich in vitamins and nutrients in our latitudes. The aronia, also called chokeberry, also comes from our latitudes and is primarily known for its rejuvenating effect. It has a high concentration of the antioxidant anthocyanin, the pigment that gives the berry its color. Antioxidants bind free radicals that can damage your cells. This has a positive effect on your skin, your immune system, your blood pressure and is even supposed to prevent cancer from developing. Goji
