Easter cupcake

Do you know those days that you could literally kill by overdosing on chocolate? These cupcakes I made for Easter, but I also make them whenever I need a glucose in the vein, solve exactly your problem in these difficult days 😉 I make a very thick, fluffy and soft dough of dark chocolate and then cover it with a fat layer of semi-dark chocolate ganache. And just to give the final touch (because cupcake that was not decorated for me is not a cupcake), I decorate with these delicious mini-marshmallows and this sugar bunny !! Super easy and will give that UP in your day and especially in your mood !! #ficaadica
