Sugar flavored with flowers or herbs: none Place two sprigs of rosemary, lavender, mint or about 10 rose petals (organic and edible) into a jar of sugar, mix well and store for about one to two weeks. Your sugar will smell delicious!
Sugar with cinnamon: 1/2 or 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Sugar with nutmeg: 2 to 4 teaspoons of freshly grated nutmeg
