It was Chef Auguste Escoffier who, in 1912, started “Dinners Epicuro”, the same menu in different cities around the world. Today, the Goût de France is inspired by this great idea and seeks to involve restaurants of various sizes around the world, from bistros to large establishments. The menus, of course, follow the line of the event: they are all based on French cuisine.
The event seeks to value modernity and excellence, based on responsibility based on the use of fresh, seasonal products with less salt, sugar and fat. Several Brazilian establishments will be participating in the cities of Belém, Curitiba, João Pessoa, Maceió, Natal, Olinda, Recife, Rio de Janeiro, Salvador, São Paulo among others that you can check on the list. In addition, it is possible to check the complete menu, addresses and values of each establishment. More information is available on the event website in French and English, but part of it can be viewed in Portuguese by clicking on “Other Languages”.
