Homemade Ganache

Ganache will always be a mixture of chocolate and any liquid. So we can have ganaches with milk, sour cream, juices, beaten fruit pulps and so on.
To make a homemade and simple ganache and get a good result, never move from the bottom up, so as not to incorporate air in the ganache and not to form air bubbles.
Place the fouet in the center of the bowl and make small circular movements around the container, but do not pull the ganache upwards.
