Nevertheless, you can stimulate the body to burn fat with the foods we are introducing here. Eat these foods in the evening or throughout the day and the dream of “sleeping slim” will come true.
Did you know that eating lots of chilli can make you sweat? The hot capsaicin makes your body believe that you are in a hot environment and that it needs to cool down. The logical consequence of this is that fat burning is stimulated.
So season your meals with cayenne pepper or chilli. By the way, a fat-burning snack tip from Mexico is the watermelon with chili!
