You may have heard of or seen the famous gallery walls – those walls with several pictures, posters or photos. In addition to bringing more life to the decor, this idea is great for printing your personality in the environment.
However, you don’t have to restrict yourself to photographs and illustrations to create this effect on the walls. Other items, such as hooks, mirrors, sconces and even small sculptures can make up the decor 😉

The best way to combine these pieces is to choose one color palette. This may seem a little boring at first, but we usually tend to always enjoy objects with similar tones.
In addition to the neutral colors like black, white, gray and brown, try to pay attention to the illustrations you usually like: are they vibrant or more faded?

Also note which materials and finishes are repeated in their choices. Copper? Wood? Think about which models work best together. White lacquer, for example, is a great wildcard as it works with both wood and very modern pieces with glass, mirrors and metals.
From then on, common sense is worth it! If you like very colorful pieces, try to choose simple frames, basic accessories and always think about harmonizing the tones. Now, if you are already the type who likes neutral items, invest in the mix of different materials and textures 😉

Of course, I would not fail to make a selection with pieces that go beyond the frames and can help you when assembling the composition, right? I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
