Come on, it’s not the end of the world: There is a very simple way to strip the rice.
First, turn off the heat and transfer the rice from the hot pan to a cold container, it needs to stop cooking before the consistency is irremediable! Then, put the rice in a sieve and pour mineral water over it, stirring the sieve to release it. If the quantity of rice is very large, do it gradually and transfer the rice that has already been released to a third container.
When you’re done, heat the rice – preferably in a frying pan or some surface that warms up well, stirring with a long-toothed fork or wooden spoon – metal or silicone spoons do not help in this case. Try a little, as you may need to add a little more salt. Cooked vegetables (especially carrots, green beans and broccoli, which have greater crispness) also help to achieve the ideal consistency and flavor.

Extra tip: Putting a spoonful of vinegar or lemon in the rice water ensures that it is always loose.
