We will select 6 people to participate in a hangout with Dani in which she must help – or at least try – everyone in the execution of a recipe for Guimauve (French Marshmallow).
The Hangout will take place on April 10, 2013 at 8 pm (Brasília time).
Participants will be announced on April 8, 2013.
The selection of people must be made on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. 2 people will be selected in each of these three social networks.
To participate, post a photo on our Facebook page of a dessert or drink from the ICKFD website made by you.
The two most liked photos will be posted on the ICKFD website and the authors will participate in the Hangout with Dani.
To participate, tweet a photo (directly on Twitter, not Instagram) of a dessert or drink from the ICKFD website made by you.

Selected participants must have all the ingredients for making the recipe at the time of the Hangout.
Only those who make the recipe will participate.
The ingredients for Guimauve are:
– 12 grams of gelatin in foil
– 50 ml of water
– 220 grams of sugar
– 30 grams of glucose (corn syrup)
– 15ml of any essence of your choice
– 1 egg white
– 200 grams of corn starch
– 200 grams of impalpable sugar
– Mixer, pan, sugar syrup thermometer (necessary, but not required), pastry bag and spout.
