2013 was incredible: 365 days of sweetness and fun, with videos filled with unforgettable recipes. We separate the most accessed during the year for you to remember.
The year began with episodes of the series O Bigode na Cozinha, in which Dani taught Paulo how to prepare classic desserts from the French confectionery. Straight from Paris (both, since you and probably you were right here, at home.), We watched the step-by-step how to make Chocolate Bomb, Mille Leaves and infallible tips, how to learn to melt gelatin, culinary measures (Use cup? Spoon? Measure in grams?) And other secrets.
Chocolate Bomb and Thousand Leaves
On Mother’s Day, Dani prepared a classic for Brazilian families that makes anyone kneel and eat while praying: Pavê. And it wasn’t just anyone, it was The Pavê de Sonho de Valsa. Look that:
In the series A Mais Pedida, a program in which you choose the recipe to be made by Dani, the most acclaimed was the Brigadeiro de Nutella, special for Valentine’s Day. How sweet! And in A Mais Pedida, a recipe not so sweet but simply irresistible – the famous French Fries from Outback. This is to be happy, huh. During the June festivities, a special treat: Pé de Moça.
In June, we received a wonderful collaborator to contribute with incredible revenues, Franciele Oliveira. Here are some of Fran’s most shared sweets:
Amarula Tart, Hersheys Cookies, Strawberry Candy Cupcake, Alfajor and Condensed Milk Donuts.
In the second half of the year, another series was launched on YouTube, for Tastemade. “Dani Noce’s Sweet Cuisine” is composed of those videos that you can’t watch just once. Want to see the most incredible recipes from the program? You may already know, right. The Peeled Red Fruit Cake, made especially for Dani’s birthday, was one of the ICKFD’s most shared desserts. There is no need to explain much:
Another special and perfect recipe for a Sunday with the family is the Tia Jô carrot cake. Take a look:
And at the end of this year we were awarded two more hits: the Red Velvet Cupcake, the Double Cheesecake and the Christmas Cheesecake. Jeez, how beautiful!
Yes, there is no way to say that this year was not sweet. For us, it is a pleasure to leave you like this, with mouth water. It’s even better when we see that you share our recipes and send pictures of yours! Will we continue like this in 2014? Thank you for everything and a sweet New Year full of love and achievements!
