Current figures confirm what we almost thought: the flu wave is not over and even worse: it is spreading!
The The flu virus has dominated Germany since December, this condition usually lasts around 3-4 months. So the flu is not over yet! You can see that in the current figures, which currently show around 18,000 people infected with the flu. There are also 102 flu deaths – a frightening number!
The same game every year: vaccinate or not? In addition, there is stress for the immune system during the flu season. Because for minutes of light music on hold when calling a doctor and working through the work of the sick colleague, the immune system wavers.
We can breathe a sigh of relief that, according to experts, this year’s infection rate and the number of sick people are lower than last year.

Avoid contact with sick people, use disinfectants and take cover from “coughing and sneezing”. All tips that are helpful and can prevent infection.
