Summer time means short skirts, tight dresses and tops. You want to present slim legs and well-toned arms. Fitness expert Mareike Spaleck reveals her favorite exercises, thanks to which you can show yourself from your best side.

In summer we like to present ourselves from our most beautiful side. The dresses, skirts and bikinis from last year want to be exported again. If a pound or two has crept in over the winter, you will find a remedy here.

Fitness expert and “The Biggest Loser” trainer Mareike Spaleck told us about her favorite exercises at the Fittech. With regular use, they tone the whole body.

This is how it works with the bikini body

In the video above you can see four exercises that train all major muscle groups. Simply do three sets of 15 repetitions per exercise and you will soon see results.

It’s best to combine training with a low-calorie diet. So you can tone your muscles and reduce body fat at the same time. But it is important that you don’t overdo it! Calculate your daily need for calories, there are plenty of calculators on the Internet, and plan with a maximum deficit of 500 calories a day.

Find the right diet

To lose a pound of fat, you need to save around 7,000 calories. If you cut out 500 calories a day, you will lose about two kilograms per month without limiting yourself too much. This also makes weight loss much more sustainable than any crash diet.

It is up to you which diet you want to use to lose weight. Regardless of whether it’s a Mediterranean diet, low carb or low fat – try it out and find something that suits you. If you love pasta and bread, maybe you shouldn’t try low carb. Otherwise you will only get frustrated and that will quickly destroy the weight loss success.
