Paleo breakfast Delicious chia pancakes without gluten

Pancakes for breakfast are always a treat. With a little rethink, you can even get delicious paleo pancakes – with chia seeds!

Have a guilty conscience because you have too much breakfast? With our recipe for chia pancakes you will discover a wonderful, sweet breakfast treat that will drive away any guilty conscience, be healthy and help you lose weight.

What you need:

– 3 tbsp chia seeds

– 2 bananas

– 4 eggs

– 1 tbsp coconut oil

– Berries and fruits of your choice

What you do with it:

Place the chia seeds, bananas, and eggs in a large bowl. If you want to use muscle strength, then pound the ingredients with a potato masher until they form a soft dough. If you want it to be quick, mix the bananas in the blender and then add them to the bowl with the eggs and chia seeds. Now mix everything with a whisk to a light mass.

Now add the berries and fold them into the batter. Heat the coconut oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. When the oil is hot enough, add the batter to the pan for mini pancakes, tablespoon at a time, or a full ladle for the large version. Then bake for two to four minutes on each side, but be careful when turning as the mixture breaks easily. Finally, serve with maple syrup or honey or consume pure – both are healthy indulgence!
