Ingredients for one serving (200 calories)
- 2 teaspoons of honey or agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder with no added sugar
- 1/4 avocado
Peel the ripe avocado and remove the stone. Use a spoon to remove the pulp and place in a bowl.
Add honey and cocoa powder and crush everything well with a fork.
Put the bowl in the fridge for half an hour or enjoy the avocado au chocolat straight away.
