The silverlake fair (Silver Lake Farmers Market) takes place every Thursday and Saturday. The fair is organic and brings several products from local producers – one tastier than the other!
It is very small, but it is very worth visiting! All of the best quality!
In April, when I was there, I bought a wonderful golden mushroom that has an incredible oyster flavor. It was very good the salmon that Megan made for dinner – we went to dinner at Joel and Megan’s that day. In fact, it was she who taught me how to make that chocolate pie with salted caramel that I taught (here).
