I can’t believe it: the journey is over and I actually made it! My “10 Weeks Body Challenge” is over. I have to honestly say that at the beginning I didn’t think I would make it. Or that I would have that much discipline at all. After all, who does not know it: At the beginning of such a challenge you are still exuberant and motivated, but after the first few weeks it subsides and the old habits return.
Away with the excuses!
Looking back, I can say that I had an exciting experience with the 10 Weeks Body Challenge. The past few weeks haven’t just been a lot about nutrition – about good and bad carbohydrates – I learned a lot about myself. The fact that you can do anything if you really want to. I really wanted it! I wanted to get fitter and eat more consciously. No excuses. And what can I say: I’ve definitely gotten fitter and I’m looking forward to my workouts.
Slim in 10 weeks like Daniela Katzenberger?
Every year I make a resolution: In summer you have the hammer bikini body. And every year I fail miserably. That should change now!
What I also learned is: It’s not necessarily about putting fewer pounds on the scales! The top priority should always be to simply feel more comfortable in your skin, because that’s exactly what you radiate in the end. An important learning step that even the well-known bastard had to make.
That’s why it worked – for me!
The program is very user-friendly and easy to understand. A new section is activated every week with new recipes, workouts and motivational videos from Detlef D! Soost (46) is equipped. No question about it: Above all, it is precisely these motivational videos that turn a motivation low into a new high. And you need the latter to really hold out to the end. You made a conscious decision to change, you want to do something for yourself – because you long for a new start. Or because you want to be at peace with yourself again. Or because satisfaction with one’s own body fell by the wayside at some point. Or … for other, very personal reasons.
My personal highlight during the BodyChange 10 Weeks Bodychallenge? Definitely the opportunity to train with Detlef and his wife Kate Hall (33)! Of course I was a bit nervous at the beginning because you only knew the two of them from television or the workout videos. But the fear quickly evaporated when I noticed how warm they both were in dealing with me and my needs. So I can confirm that the “real” D! the one from the videos: the D !, who wants to help you achieve your goals. In any case, I have achieved the latter!
And that’s why it’s clear to me even after the ten weeks have elapsed: I will definitely stick with my new lifestyle – and finally feel good in my skin again!
