Steak with Parmegiana

Cheese, sauce, meat… Yes, I’m talking about that delicious steak that is parmigiana! It makes your mouth water, right? So I made a very special recipe for you to try and enjoy at home!


Ingredients – Steak

  • 8 units of steak
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Wheat flour to bread
  • Breadcrumbs for breading
  • 2 eggs


Ingredients – Sauce

  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • Basil, thyme, paprika to taste
  • 1 packet of tomato sauce
  • 1 pinch of sugar



  • Cheese and ham to taste


Preparation mode

  • Season the steaks with salt and pepper and start to bread. Dip in flour, then beaten eggs and finally in breadcrumbs.

  • Fry the steaks in very hot oil until golden brown.

  • Arrange the steaks on a platter and add slices of cheese and ham over each.

  • Sauté the garlic with the spices, add the tomato sauce to a pinch of sugar.

  • Drizzle the steaks with the sauce, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top and bake until browned.
