Cheese, sauce, meat… Yes, I’m talking about that delicious steak that is parmigiana! It makes your mouth water, right? So I made a very special recipe for you to try and enjoy at home!
Ingredients – Steak
- 8 units of steak
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Wheat flour to bread
- Breadcrumbs for breading
- 2 eggs
Ingredients – Sauce
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Basil, thyme, paprika to taste
- 1 packet of tomato sauce
- 1 pinch of sugar
Assembly
- Cheese and ham to taste
Preparation mode

Season the steaks with salt and pepper and start to bread. Dip in flour, then beaten eggs and finally in breadcrumbs.

Fry the steaks in very hot oil until golden brown.

Arrange the steaks on a platter and add slices of cheese and ham over each.

Sauté the garlic with the spices, add the tomato sauce to a pinch of sugar.

Drizzle the steaks with the sauce, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top and bake until browned.
