Changing the presentation of your favorite cake can make everyone delight and make your mouth water even more, you know? A few years ago the naked cake reigned absolute in the universe of confectionery, but today the semi naked versions are perfect to bring sophistication to any party table.
It is no coincidence that at Dani’s 1 million party, the one chosen to star at the main table was a beautiful rustic and flower-filled cake made by Luiza Cattucci (urges: @lulucomacucar).

The result is incredible, charming and you want to know the best? It is very simple to reproduce at home! Dani herself has already taught on the channel a delicious version with this topping that still has a beautiful dripping of caramel sauce (complete recipe here).

This coverage can be done in several ways: with a classic chatilly, a meringue or even a buttercream. The secret is to level and remove the excess cover with a spatula, a cake lifter or even a ruler.
To complete this presentation, you can choose from many flowers, succulents, fruits and, of course, syrups. If you choose non-edible flowers, don’t forget to remove them before serving, but I guarantee this is an excellent alternative to a wedding cake!

In the case of fruits, the icing sugar finish is also super-charming 😉 Bet also on mixtures with syrups and arrangements, it is amazing!
