To de-stress

End of year is already a troubled period, isn’t it? Despite loving the Christmas and New Year parties, the months of November and December are almost always very stressful. After a year of overworking (or studying), we are exhausted and still have to run to get things done before taking the long-awaited vacation! I took advantage of this last day of October to share some tips to enjoy the last two months of the year in a very relaxed vibe ?

It’s good to start preparing for stress right now and don’t let it accumulate until the end of December. I know that with the hustle and bustle of everyday life a lot of people don’t have much time to take care of themselves, but I’m sure that at least a couple more minutes of bathing or in bed can be excellent for relieving tension!
