adooooro cooking and loved the site. the videos are so much fun!
my question is this: how to make carrot cake without it being raw in some parts? it always happens… and I’ve tried several recipes, but I think some tips are missing…

The only carrot cake recipe I make is my mom’s and it never happened to me. It’s a super easy recipe, just put all the ingredients in a blender and that’s it! That is, there is no error and there would be no hint for such a recipe.
Now as you say that you have already tested several recipes and that all of them are raw in some parts, what comes to my mind is that your oven must have a bad heat distribution. Have you noticed if it is closing properly? Is it well sealed?
Another thing that may seem silly but that always works is to put the toothpick right in the center of the cake to see if it is completely baked. There are a lot of people who think they can put the toothpick on any part of the cake and then put it in the corner closest to the opening of the oven and it comes out clean and the person thinks that the cake has already baked. A cake will always bake from the sides to the center, so the toothpick should be placed right in the middle.
I can only imagine these two possibilities.
